In the year 1000 AD a young trainee soldier named Lukas returns home from studying in a foreign land. Arriving home and after visiting family makes it his goal to reach the capital to enjoy the founder’s festival. Along the way he encounters an odd girl being hunted by odd men in strange uniforms. Saving her the two end up traveling together towards the capital. This girl, in fact the first princess and heir to the country’s throne hides her identity and travels with Jean. Having discovered a secret plan to sell out her country she rushes to her grandmother’s side to save the country and prevent potential war. All the while odd forces work in the background to envelop the country in war for the sake of their ideals.
